Mr and Mrs Nobrega

Me and Mrs da Nobrega wanted to think ahead for when they got a bit older. They wanted to keep things very easy for them to keep clean and also make it easier to get in and out of the shower. We fitted multi-panel all the way round so it would be easy to clean down. For safety, in the shower we went for a non-slip tray so it was better under foot, and grab rails were installed. We also re-fitted their ensuite in the same style, they just chose a different style of board. The end result was very clean and pleasing to the eye, sleek lines and symmetrical too.

Mr and Mrs Holloway

Mr and Mrs Holloway asked us for advice on how to improve their main bathroom, We recommended to take out the airing cupboard, move the bath to the other side of the room, put in the shower where the bath was with a sliding door and reposition the new electric shower. They had tile affect multi-panel and twin click floor. They also had a lump on the floor which they were uncertain of what it was we told him not to worry, we would fix it anyway. It turned out to be some of the joists were a little high for some reason, so it was a simple fix in the end. We re-plastered the room, and positioned a light in the centre of the ceiling. We also fitted switches rather than pull cords. The end result on this job again is stunning.

Peter Simpson

Peter's bathroom hadn't been touched for 30 years, so was ready for an update. It was very tired and had some leaks around the shower. We had to move the wall slightly to make everything fit. He went for tiling all the way round, except in the shower area where it was multi panels. So he's able to clean it easily. He had the Mira platinum shower, LED mirror, spotlights and plastered ceiling. Peter and his wife were over the moon.

Stephany Mathern

This job was quite involved as there was a lot of pipework to get over and also a lot of bespoke woodwork and joinery. We wouldn't normally advise having oak in the bathroom due to the steam. However the customer insisted that's what she wanted so wew were happy to oblige. She found some different light fittings to those we orginally fitted and these worked quite well with the overall finish. This job was a pleasure to do as it was something different, and again our team is always ready for a new challenge.

View gallery

Tom Stanley

This was a small space but we were able to make it a nice place to be in. There is a Multi panel in the shower area so that is easy to keep clean. The other walls were part tiled and part plastered. It was nicely finished with spotlights.

View gallery

Neil Stockham

Mr and Mrs Stockham went for a matt finish on their dove grey units with black sparkle multi panel. We also had to find some LED lights to go around the mirror, which gave a nice finish.

View gallery

Neil Rickett

Neil was so pleased with his bathroom and downstairs toilet he asked us to do his kitchen. Naturally, we said yes as we fit kitchens too.

View gallery

Mr Goldsmith

This one was just a simple job as the customer just wanted new tiles, toilet and cabinets under the wash basin.

View gallery

David Hughes

This is phase one as David wanted to see our quality of work before giving us the go ahead to convert his bedroom into a bathroom. David was very pleased with the result and was more than happy to have us back to work on phase two.

View gallery

Mrs Pyke

View gallery

Mr Overton

Mr Overton chose a matt tile finish in grey. We also fitted the Mira platinum duel shower.

View gallery

Mr Kelly

Mr Kelly had been living with his bathroom in such a state he never even had a flush on his toilet. So he had enough of that and gave us a call. No need to say how pleased he was to see the end result. A mixture of multi panel and tiles.

View gallery

Mr Hill

Mr Hill opted for a wet room, so the whole floor had to be tanked ready for tiling. Mr Hill supplied the tiles from Porcelanosa. He went for the Marra platinum shower, which was also digital and easy to use. The tricky parts of jobs like this are the sloping ceiling, but as we have a wealth of experience, it wasn't a problem for us. We also supplied and fitted the pressurised cylinder so Mr Hill could make the most of his shower.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Longmate

Although it was a very small shower room it still full of challenges. It was in a very small cottage, so making things for that was a task in itself.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Howells

Full refit, kardeen flooring, fully replastered, all electrics, and also a bespoke basin unit with all works undertaken by a very experienced team.

Carey Scott

This was quite a big build. It was an outbuilding that was just used to throw things in. They asked us to do a wetroom for washing the dog after being on the beach, and also a shower for them (humans). We put in stud walls, built the floor up to house the wet room as we needed the height, but this was hidden by making a step up from the main door entrance hall. Again we had to make a cupboard around the gas meter. They had underfloor heating and we also had to build a cupboard to put in wetsuits. So we also put in towel rails to dry all their wet things. We also put in a extractor to stop the damp, so all the moisture could escape. Really pleased with the end result, and very happy customers.

View gallery

Ben

Ben wanted his bath taken out and replaced with a shower tray which was 1700 x 800 wide. We obviously had to sort out the damp problem as his bath was leaking and rebuilt some of the wall. He wanted a bidet as well as a toilet as he used to live in Thailand and found it very handy. He had a multi panel in the shower area to keep things very clean and Metro white tiles to halfway. He had a Mira platinum shower with two digital clocks so he could turn on the shower before he got in and also adjust it as he was in the shower. He had lots of storage space in this room.

View gallery

Anne Coke

Anne asked for our design skills and gave us a brief of what she wanted - bath, shower and storage. So we said we could take out the old cupboard and put the shower in there, then put the bath in, which would make room for the storage. We re-plastered the room and tiled halfway up the wall. End result looks stunning. She was very happy.

View gallery

Spooner

If you would like a Whirlpool bath, we can fit one. Here we had to take out part of a wall to make the room feel bigger and to ensure the bath fitted in. Plastering and painting was also completed by us.

View gallery

Mrs Royal

We had to be very careful with this job as Mrs Royal wanted to keep some of the tiles and also the mirrors (we didn't want 7 years of bad luck!) Nothing was damaged and we were able to re-use some of the original pieces, saving the customer money. We specialise in bathrooms, we have seen a lot in our time and have loads of ideas. It's not just a job to us - it's art!!

View gallery

Mrs Miller

Mrs Miller wanted us to just put in a new shower and enclosure. She wanted to save some money so we put up multi panel and a new enclosure and shower. If you want good water pressure why not have a pressurised tank fitted? There is a lifetime guarantee on all tanks and you can have the best shower and great pressure around the whole house.

Mr & Mrs Woodhouse

(before and after photos)Norwich based, they told us their budget which helped a lot and we stuck to it! They were very happy with their two rooms.

View gallery

Mr & Mrs Smith

They wanted to make the most of the space so with this design we had to somehow get the soil pipe to work with it. We managed it, putting in a row of units along the wall, the end result was great. There was also limited space for a radiator, so we put in underfloor heating and an electric tower rail (customer picked the colour, it looks really nice). We also painted, did all the electrical work (with certificates), and the plastering too. So, if you don't have the time to even paint, we can do everything for you! Just sit back and enjoy your dream bathroom when finished.

View gallery

Mr & Mrs Knights

This was work we completed in an old rectory, along the coast. As you can see, pink was the in thing at the time. We found a tile with the age when it was made and it had lasted a long time, 47 years!! Wow, let's hope our bathrooms last that long and are still looking nice.

View gallery

Mr & Mrs Duck

If you want a bedroom turned into a bathroom then give us a call. Here are the before and after pictures - there will be a mirror above the basin. We had to build something to make the shower work in the old airing cupboard, again a very old building that we are very used to working in by now.

View gallery

Mr & Mrs Dack

This was a very small downstairs toilet, but a lot of thought and work had to go into this job to make it all fit neatly. There was a lot of carpentry work needed to achieve this finish and we had to work very closely with Mrs Dack to get exactly what she wanted. She was very happy with the end result, hence we worked on her utility room next.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Back

Mr and Mrs Back are repeat customers and they asked us if we also do kitchens. More and more repeat customers are asking us to fit kitchens, and they clearly think our work is good. Of course, we agreed to take on this work. The kitchens are supplied by Howdens and you also get the CAD drawings too. If you want an extractor for your cooker but think you can't have an external one, think again. Having a charcoal internal one (which aren't that great) isn't necessary and we have loads of ideas to get around the problem. We can install it around the top of the room, make it look the same all the way round and disguise it or make it a feature. We put in new doors and a new floor which is real wood engineered flooring, with a 6mm veneer on top. This flooring is of very high quality, and as you can see, the end result is stunning. If you struggle to have the space for a radiator, we could install a kick space heater in the kick boards of your kitchen. These could be installed to run off your main heating system, not from your mains electricity, so they are much more efficient.

View gallery

Mrs Keeley

Mrs Keeley wanted a bigger shower but wasn't sure it was possible until we visited. We also saved her money and mess by re-using the existing toilet and basin units. The end result was great and was far cheaper than replacing the whole suite. We also fitted a water softener in the kitchen too, stopping lime scale build up in the house. Mrs Keeley is another repeat customer, having previously worked on her wood panelling and Heritage loom.

View gallery

Hopkins

This was a very old building, an old pump house in fact. There was a lot of carpentry work on this job, but the time and effort involved paid off.

View gallery

Mr Hall

Mr Hall explained his budget and we were able to stick within it. Having the tray on the floor was a must for the customer (the floor was 12 inches of concrete, so not an easy job), but we managed to achieve what he wanted and he was very pleased with the end result.

View gallery

Mr Dilaway

Customer was told by another bathroom company that they couldn't take his bath out and put in a shower tray. We proved them wrong, it was an easy job and we don't understand why they said it wasn't possible. It was a very old house and we had to work with what was there and try and keep everything in keeping with the old style. From this job we also got his neighbour's job too, Mr Davis.

View gallery

Cromer

Customer was told she would have to take the room apart and start again by another company, but didn't want to spend that sort of money and didn't really like their ideas. We explained to her that she didn't have to spend a fortune and that we could work with what she had. She was getting leaks in the corner, but wasn't expecting to have to have the whole room re-done. Where the shower was there was a little recess, so we battened it off which then gave us room for the pipes to go into the walls and no funny little angles for water to get in. We kept the floor and just put in a shower tray to keep the water where it needed to be, and not all over the floor. We installed a screen and put multi panel on top of her old tiles again to save time and money. She was very happy with the finished result.

Mr & Mrs Cerensa

The family had just bought this bungalow and with a small child, it just didn't work with this layout. We had to work out what we could do with the help of the family (they had lived with it and most of the time customers have good ideas too). We decided together to take out the wall between the toilet and the shower room and put the shower in the smaller part of the outer part of the building. The end results were just what they were hoping for, and look great, as you can see.

View gallery

Burgess

We had to make a cupboard into a shower room and do a bathroom at the same time. He was told by other companies that it couldn't be done, but we did it and proved that anything is possible.

View gallery

Bullen

We had to put in 2x 300 litre water tanks in this job as it was going to be a bed and breakfast and needed plenty of water. We had to reinforce the floor to take the weight first of all and then it was over to Robbie with his great plumbing skills (I think he could work for NASA after looking at how neat his pipe work was!) The hot water would have taken a while to get to the opposite side of the house, so we put in a secondary return which solved that problem. Job done! On this job we had to do 6 bathrooms in white, which all had to stay in keeping with the old building.

View gallery

Mrs Berryman

The before pictures of Mrs Berryman's bathroom shows what happens with no extractor and no air flow. The room was treated and the problem rectified and then the suite was put back in.

We had to travel to Ely for this job. The response we got when we had finished was WOW!

View gallery

Fisher

A small room but typically bathrooms are this size. We had to rebuild the airing cupboard to fit in the new shower and tray on the right - unfortunately we didn't get a picture of this. We used new pine boards and old-style hinges and latch and had to put pipes in the wall for the towel radiator. It all fitted in nicely and worked well.

Mr & Mrs Swales

This customer wanted a bedroom to be turned into a bathroom and also needed a lot of cupboard space. We had to redo the soil pipe and put it in the room from the old shower room which also needed changing. We took out the toilet and shower to make it into a wardrobe and it worked well.

View gallery

Mr Knights

When you don't have room to have a bath in your bathroom, but really want one, give us a call. We can put one in your bedroom, it works really well! Here we had to reinforce the floor, so we put the bath on a platform and made a feature of it.

View gallery

Mrs Mason

The Masons wanted to remove the wet room floor, as they said it was always wet and wondered what we could do to help. This is a common request and unless there is an elderly person who really does need it, many people are doing away with wet rooms. We simply put in a tray to keep the water contained, self levelled the floor and replaced it with our twin click flooring. This was in a barn conversion and the problem was rectified.

View gallery

Spicer

We had to move the left hand wall over just 6 inches, it seemed like a lot of work, but you have to do it if you want to achieve your goal! We had to make the bath fit too, it worked really well.

Jeremy Smith

A nice design of Metro tiles with a slight difference (a splash of blue to break it up). This is why we love doing bathrooms, every customer has their own design.

Metcalf

This is a lovely walk in shower, which is our best seller (Mira platinum shower duel). Everyone is always pleased after having this shower fitted.

View gallery

Mr & Mrs Fossey

Mr and Mrs Fossey wanted it fully tiled with a modern feel. The old corner bath was a little out of date so we pulled it out and put in new modem units. We also plastered and painted the ceiling. They wanted to supply their own carpet in the bathroom. Take particular notice of the neat silicone lines on the units; we always achieve a great finish.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Pratt

Mr and Mrs Pratt had a very small bathroom and were unsure what to do with it. So, as we have lots of experience, we worked our magic using our carpentry skills and attention to detail. Many of our competitors use sub-contractors and are just bathroom fitters; we are the whole package.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Reeve

Mr and Mrs Reeve wanted a very modern room. They choose high gloss on everything, sharp edge tiles and glass like multi panel. With the wood look twin click floor, we think the finish is fabulous. We didn't have to plaster this room as it was all ok. Again, look at the attention to detail and how clean everything has been left.

View gallery

Mr and Mrs Pollock

Mr and Mrs Pollock wanted to keep the old toilet and basin in both rooms and why wouldn't you, if there is nothing wrong with them. They also wanted the rooms fully tiled and a new multi panel in the shower area. Look at the detail on the trim around the window, a lot of people don't always get it this neat! We take a lot of pride in getting it just right; it's not just a job to us, its art and a passion as we love our work. With the second bathroom Mr Pollock wanted grey tiles which gives a very cool and clean look. They both said how neat and tidy the house was always left and appreciated our attention to detail. It was their holiday home and they were both very happy with the finished result.

Mr and Mrs Robinson

This customer requested that we take out their shower room, hang new oak doors and make a bedroom into an en suite. We started off by blocking up the old door way and putting in a new one, as you can see. The old lath and plaster had to go as it was falling off whenever it was touched. We re plastered the walls, aqua panelled the shower area, which is what you are supposed to use, not marine ply, which a lot of people use. Marine ply is very old hat and if you use it the grout will go brown over time from the ply wood. We fitted our bestselling Digital Mira platinum shower - a firm favourite with our customers. They chose his and hers basins and a heated led mirror. We also fitted a new window in the bathroom and had to work on the soil stack outside. Finally, we painted all the rooms, fitted a downstairs cloakroom toilet and basin and painted and hung a white door. The results were a modern and spacious bathroom that the clients were very happy with. Some people say we have OCD, but fitting bathrooms is our passion and we take great pride in all our work....and we feel it shows!

A large job, totalling 4 weeks. Work included digging drains, installing a pressurised hot water cylinder, new doorway made, knocking walls down, re-plastering and decorating. Their very large bathroom was made into a more useable one and a cupboard was installed. A very small cupboard was converted into an en-suite, which worked very well. The customer was very happy with the end result and kindly wrote a 5* reference on Google.

Mr and Mrs Bailey

We had to turn an old small kitchen into an en-suite and as you can see from the pictures, it was very successful. Customer wanted a pressurised cylinder fitted. We suggested moving the airing cupboard into the alcove so that we could put in a shower where the airing cupboard was. This involved a lot of plumbing for Rob, but as you can see the pipe work looks amazing and very neat. We also completed the other necessary work including plastering and electrics. Here you can see the end result for this whole job. We were very pleased with how it turned out

Customer wanted to save some money, so we kept the old units. The window wall wasnt straight, so we had to straighten this out, hence the stud work, which meant the shower tray fitted properly. We took out the rot from the old leaky shower and replaced the wall with the appropriate shower board called Aquapanel, which we use on many jobs.

This job was very straightforward, apart from taking out their very heavy bath and replacing it with a new shower enclosure. We used the super slim 25mm shower tray to make it as minimal as possible and installed a Mira Platinum Digital shower, one of our best-selling products. We also fitted a new pressurised cylinder which resulted in the whole house having good water pressure throughout and a new Roca basin.

Tracy wanted a wet room for her dad, so we delivered just that. We used a wet room former and put down new safety flooring, so her dad felt safer on his feet. We used multi panel and tile mix to make it easier to keep the shower area clean and fitted a new Mira shower and installed grab rails. Tracy gave us a five-star rating on Google. The lads have just finished converting our bathroom into a wet room and have done a fantastic job. The attention to detail was second to none. The quality of the work was first class and I would not hesitate to call on them again. Worth every penny.
